Classwork

Classwork #1: Make a rocket ship. 

This assignment was slightly difficult because I was just getting used to using Illustrator. After I kind of got the hang of it, I was able to improve and finish my rocket. I think that this was a good way to get used to using Illustrator. 

Classwork #2: Basic Shapes.

I liked this assignment because using the pen tool was easy. The pen tool provides a simple way to outline and color in shapes. I think this was an overall good assignment for me. 

Classwork #3: Easy Shapes.

This assignment was fun because I was able to make something on Illustrator besides the basic shapes. The best part was seeing my creation come to life.

Classwork #4: Color Wheel.

I liked this assignment because I was able to explore all of the different versions of color. Along with all of the different colors, this was enjoyable because it was an easy assignment. This was an overall easy and fun assignment. 

Classwork #5: Olympic Rings.

I enjoyed this assignment because it was simple and a good introduction to using Photoshop. I liked choosing the images that I got to put inside the rings. This assignment allowed me to become more comfortable with Photoshop.

                        

                       

                       

                  

               

              

 Classwork #6: Five Favorite Book Covers.

I chose these book covers because they all had powerful ad popping aspects to them. For example, Half Past has the bright cat looking eyes and that's what drew me to it in the first place. Also, It has the creepy clown that stands out from the black background. The contrasting colors drew me to that book cover.
